About Us

Lalor Running Club is designed for beginner / intermediate runners & walkers. It is aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, providing social support & friendship in a non-competitive supportive environment.

Lalor Running Club is coordinated by a volunteer committee of management, voted in at our AGM each year.

 Tuesdays at 7:30pm at Meadowglen International Aths Track

Thursdays at 7:00pm in Lalor and surrounding suburbs 

Sundays 7:30am (Oct - Mar)/ 8:00am (Apr - Sep) in Lalor and surrounding suburbs. 

Lalor Running Club also participates in parkrun which is a FREE timed 5km walk or run every Saturday at 8:00am in over 380 locations across Australia

 With little or no running background whatsoever and the full support of trained running coaches, along with fellow LRC members, W2R will transform you from couch potato to a regular runner — one that can even exceed 5km, in just 8 weeks. Join our W2R program now to start 4th February. The cost is just $10, which includes all the support you need during that 8 weeks.
