Lalor Running Club is designed for beginner / intermediate runners & walkers. It is aimed at promoting a healthy lifestyle, providing social support & friendship in a non-competitive supportive environment.
Lalor Running Club is coordinated by a volunteer committee of management, voted in at our AGM each year.
Tuesday's at 7.30pm at Meadowglen International Aths Track
Thursday's at 7pm in Lalor and surrounding suburbs
Sunday's 7.30am in Lalor and surrounding suburbs
Lalor Running Club also participates in parkrun which is a FREE timed 5klm walk or run every Saturday at 8am in over 380 locations across Australia
With little or no running background whatsoever and the full support of trained running coaches along with fellow LRC members, W2R will transform you from couch potato to regular runner — one that can even exceed 5km in just two months.
